Özdilek entered the retail sector in 1967 and started production in Bursa in 1971 with 2 weaving looms, 5 pers1onnel, and an annual production capacity of 10 tons with an investment in the textile industry.
Today, it continues its journey with an annual production capacity of 12,000 tons of cotton yarn, 7,500 tons of towels - bathrobes and 18,000,000 meters of duvet covers - sheets in facilities with a closed area of 122,000 square meters. Özdilek is one of the world's leading manufacturers with its production capacity, quality, and its potential realized in integrated facilities with modern technology and automation.

Özdilek's areas of interest are shopping mall, R&D, entertainment center, energy, home textiles, e-commerce, food, construction, business center, import-export, café-restaurant, wellness center, retail, insurance, cinema, tourism, agriculture, and livestock farm. Özdilek serves approximately 70 million guests with 3 shopping centers in leasable concept, 11 shopping centers in its own concept, 10 hypermarkets, 10 department stores, and 158 home textile stores.

In 1983, the first steps of Özdilek Bursa Shopping Center were taken on a 400 m² area in Bursa. Özdilek Afyonkarahisar, Bolu, Bursa, Bursa Geçit, Düzce, Eskişehir, İzmir, Kocaeli, Manisa Turgutlu, Uşak and Yalova launced with its unique concept offer a different lifestyle to its guests. Launched in 2009 in Antalya, the "ÖzdilekPark Concept" brings together different brands under the same roof with leasable sales areas. With this concept, ÖzdilekPark serves in Antalya, Bursa Nilüfer and Istanbul. In 2003, Özdilek entered the tourism sector with its investment in a five-star, 219-room hotel in Izmir. In 2013, Özdilek continued its activities under the name Wyndham Grand Izmir Özdilek, which it acquired in cooperation with Wyndham Hotel Group. The Wyndham Grand Istanbul Levent, which became operational in 2014 with the Özdilek Center project consisting of a hotel, business and shopping center, also provides world-class service to its guests.
